Kavian is a one-man experimental band that started its activity in summer of 2005 with a song called Shell by Lord Kavi.
Its a personal experiment on Music. Playing, Song writing, Recording, Improvising, Riffing and some other shit. There is no special logo or something, its just trial and error!

In summer of 2005, third annual festival of Persian independent underground music (TAMF) on TehranAvenue.com website started and a copy of Shell were sent to participate in festival. It was raw and unedited version and made so few attention!

In autumn of that year, band's first demo album, Drug Dealer, released just in Internet. It is consist of two tracks: 1. Shell (Edited) 2. Drug Dealer (Persian Lyric). Tracks are full-lenght for free download. enjoy it in Discobiography section!

On 08 April 2006 second album "Sacrifice, an Escape to the Future" Released! This album is also for full-lenght free download with 4 Tracks. Tracks are Low-Quality version. enjoy it in Discobiography section!

"Evolutionary Skill" was the third demo album with 2 songs that released in summer of 2006. The song "Child of Divorce" in this demo was well received in persian communities because of its persian and influential lyric and played on Radio Farda broadcasting.

After a while due to some problems the activity of Kavian became suspended and it went for about one year.

In late 2007 Lord Kavi with a violinist, Sese, tried to experiment fusion of Folk-Classic music and Heavy Metal in WaqoW project. Their first attempt was a demo called 'Time' and was sent to participate in TAMF 2008 festival. You can go and catch it.

Now, they are looking for new ideas to come!
